Align Text and Formatting Cells
Align text or data in Excel cells is performed using the buttons on the toolbar 'Home' in the group commands 'Alignment'. In the picture below, see all the commands for text alignment, text wrapping in a cell and merge multiple cells into one cell.
An example of the alignment of the text in an Excel cell you see in the image below. There are six types of text alignment in cells that can be used via the buttons on the toolbar or via dialog 'Format Cells' in the zone 'Text alignment'.
On the 'Home toolbartoolbar', notice group commands 'Alignment' and the command to open a dialog 'Format cells'. In the picture below you see the dialog box 'Format Cells' by which you can align text, indent text, write text at an angle, write the text vertically and the like.

If you have a column which we can not change the width and you must enter it in the text that is longer than the width of a cell or column then we need to wrap text, or shrink the text to fit within Excel cells.
Notice 'Text control' check box: Wrap text, Shrink to fit and Merge cells.
The dialog box 'Format cells' you can open and right-click on an Excel cell and then choose the command 'Format Cells'.
